Trimble Connect Visulizer - doesn't show the whole model

I have Sketchup Pro 2024 and I would like to render with Trimble Connect Visualizer which I installed. However, when launched, it doesn’t show the whole model, but walls and floor only, without equipment. See picture attached. It works fine with different file. Any ideas what’s
