I have recently upgraded to Thea 4; I’m still using Sketchup 2023. They now only have Presto (and nitro, but have never used it) and I cannot get any kind of resolution, no matter how long I leave it. Also the resolution change makes no difference to the render. Very frustrating. What am I doing wrong? This is what I get:
