Loft along path

I’m trying to use curviloft loft along path and I’m not sure how to create a wall to print. Ideally, I would like to go from a rectangle to a circle with a 0.100" thick wall so I can 3d print it. The walls collide when I try to go from the inner circle to the inner rectangle, then the outer of both. How do I go about doing this?
